Rode to Brog. Then did my inaugural ride with Colin, Neil and John. Over to Woburn Sands MTB playground. Did 38 miles. I'm shagged out right now. Fell off on a flat section on a couple of roots. Some good descents and a few bomb holes. Very good stuff....
